- Main Success :
- Development of sampling methods on nitrous oxide gases (humidity, high temperatures)
- Before : 1 month to carry out full test
- After : 1 week
- Solutions :
- Rationalisation & standardisation of equipments,
- Conception, standardisation and writing of sampling methods
- Permanent valves on sampling points
- Improvement of dissolved Oxygen Sampling and Dosing method
- Before : 1 sampling in 2h00 – whole unit in 1 week (if lucky)
- After : 3 samplings by hour – whole unit in 1 day

- Changing of analytical method
- Rationalisation & standardisation of equipments
- Product team involved
- Improvement of quality and quantity of adipic wringing line
- Before : 100 T/h (with difficulty) and 120 T/h on top (only if very lucky)
- After 150 T/h on day to day and 180 T/h on top conditions

- Modality : evening course 3 time a week for theory (20h00 / 22h00) & Pilots tests on Saturday (8h00 / 16h00)
