March 2019 to June 2019:

 

Mission: AIR LIQUIDE Pont de Claix – Great Shut Down

 

   Description: Manager Planning – Mechanical / Piping Supervisor

 

Challenge: to conceive in 7 weeks the planning of the Great Shutdown + to create the Excel File for the follow-up report

 

Environment:  Very short Shut Down, only 3 weeks to perform all the job, including 3 non-working days (Eastern, 1 & 8 May)

    • Heat Exchangers

  • Follow on the Excel File

 

Results :

 

Very good beginning, excellent preparation phase for the team. Specifics procedures for Valves & Safety Valves.

 

Several Gases Alerts during the shutdown, because of others companies on the VENCOREX Area. Several hours stop each time.

 

3 / 4 days with Great Winds (between 100 & 120 km/h) without any Leverage.

 

Finally, all works realized on time or before expected schedule (Valves & Safety Valves 2 to 8 days before schedule according area)
