  • Challenge N°1 : take in charge of several "orphaned files" which dated from 2015 / 2016 and related to recurring problems.

 

  • Automatic valves - interactions with actuators operating torque :

 

Associations between Automatic Valves (AV) / Double Effect Actuators (DEA) or Single Effect Actuators (SEA used in 'safe' mode) appear not to be 100% effective in all cases, without that the cause could be clearly determined. FLS boxes in power supply of the actuators seem to accentuate this phenomenon. After research and testing at the supplier the conclusions of the study are: changing the factory standard in the definition of the associations will / ADE creation of a factory standard for associations / ASE with removal of the EWL box in this case

  • Changing the factory standard in the definition of the associations AV / DEA
  • Creation of a factory standard for AV / SEA with removal of the FLS box in this case
  • Deck systems nitrogen / air of the Mechanical Seals (MS) : the existing decks work with detection of a high threshold in order to protect the GM in the event of overpressure. In case of lack of gas, no detection, the GM breaking so easily. The conclusions of the study are the following:
  • Create a new Deck System with detection of high and low thresholds
  • Change of standard technical applications

 

  • Challenge N°2 : Remediation - the ESP site management - treat 140 facilities before 12/31/2017, involving:
  • Making of technical records when they not exist and of Declaration Statement Records for DREAL surveys site,
  • Complete drafting of CCTP, thechnical consulting
  • Ignorance of the actual number of folder to realize and number of equipment to replace / change - tasks done :
    • List of equipment already followed by inspection service (existing folder)
    • Implementation of a monitoring tool for the documentary and studies follow-up
    • Coordination with the various stakeholders (designer, process, inspection)
    • Creation of a standard for the constitution of the DMS records,
    • Identification of too old equipment to be re-classified (replacement to predict)
    • Identification of equipment that can be taken out of the PED field (minor mods / calculation)
    • Involvement of other CAs of the plant site to advance the work more Quickly
    • Proposal to create a Special « Work Force » TEAM to carry on study and on site realization
